I knew it was bound to happen some time. Messy eating that is. Ian gets food all over his face, hands and body (or clothes depending on if he has any on at the time of feeding), but so far that is where it has stayed. Until today! Ian hit the spoon with green beans on it and it flew off the spoon. Thankfully it landed on a box of Shasta soda. But I am sure the carpet steamer we got for Christmas will come in handy the more Ian eats! Such a mess!
So we didn't have any physical damage from the storm, however our computer (desk top) won't turn on. :( This is what we use to record our TV shows! It is like our version of DVR. I think I am realizing how much TV we watch. The bad thing is is that I can't stand it and told Justin he could go out and look at computers tonight! Hmm, perhaps I need to take advice from Mariah, who has recently turned off her cable. :)

We had that happen to us last year (the computer, I mean, not the green beans...haha). It ended up being a super easy fix (and I even fixed it myself!) with a cheap computer part. It was the power supply, which we just ordered from HP.com (we have an HP) and I was able to install it myself. Maybe that's all you need? It was much cheaper than replacing the 'puter. Well, unless you are in the market for a new computer anyway :)
Go for it Jess!! I am glad we did it. Not only are we saving money but we are finding other things to do, with Brady and eachother!! Do it, Do it!!!
